Enrollment Process

• Complete an Enrollment Request Form
• Schedule an onsite visit with our Director

The business office will determine if there is space available for your child, which class he/she will be able to join and when a start date can be set.

If no space is immediately available, you may submit your child's name to the waitlist. If space is available, you will need to do the following:

• Complete the required enrollment forms
• Enrollement Request Form
• Physician's Statement
• Emergency Information Form
• Field Trip Authorization Form
• Sunscreen Authorization Form

  • Parent Handbook Acknowledgement Sign Off Form

     

• Provide a payment for the first month tuition and enrollment processing fees
• Bring your child to class for one to three classroom visits
• Meet with your child's teacher about classroom standards
• Prepare your child's personal items for school - Recommended List of Items for Class

• Toddler '09/10 - taking waitlist requests

• Preschool '09/10 - taking enrollment requests
